Usually the courier driver will not call prior to delivery.  The best way to check on your delivery is to enter your tracking number directly on the courier website to see the latest delivery status.  For large items, if you would like to schedule delivery on a specific date, please email us and we can organise that directly with the courier.  For smaller parcels shipped via Auspost eParcel, it will be delivered on the earliest available day.
