Yes, once you place an order on our website you will receive an automatic order confirmation email which will contain information on your purchase such as your order number, shipping address etc.  If you do not receive this, please make sure to check your spam folder as it sometimes may end up there.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will get a follow up email with your tracking number.  Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to the courier website where you can see updates on your delivery status.
